What’s included in the rent?

Your rent at Rise on Apache will include all of the community and apartment amenities listed here. You’ll also have blazing fast internet, premium cable, in-unit washer & dryer, access to a team of maintenance and management professionals, and the following utilities:

  • Trash Pickup

Will my apartment come furnished?

Rise on Apache off-campus housing units come fully furnished and expertly designed. Floorplans may vary regarding specifications, but will include:

  • Bedroom
    • Full-size bed, complete with memory foam mattress
    • Large desk

    • Dresser
  • Living Area
    • Couch
    • Coffee table
    • TV stand & flat screen TV

What’s an individual lease?

At Rise on Apache, we employ individual leases. An individual lease, or a “by-the-bed” lease, refers to a lease designed so that each tenant is only responsible for his or her own portion of the rent. That means that you are not financially responsible for your roommates. If one roommate fails to pay their rent, the other roommates will not be held liable.

Do I need a co-signer on my lease?

No. Residents do not require a co-signer. However, if you do not qualify for the credit or income requirements of our application, you will need someone to sign a Guaranty Form to ensure the financial portion of the lease agreement is met.

What is a guarantor?

A guarantor is a parent, guardian, or other financially stable loved one who ensures timely rent payments by signing a Guaranty Form. Applicants who do not meet the credit requirements for Rise on Apache will require a guarantor.

Is there an application fee and/or security deposit?

Applicants are required to pay a one-time fee to cover the cost of a background and credit check as well as a redecoration fee. We do not require a security deposit. To inquire about pricing and deposits, please feel free to contact our leasing office.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately, our homes do not accommodate pets.

Do you offer roommate matching?

Looking for a roommate? If you don’t have enough roommates to fill the unit you’re looking at but want to reserve your spot at Rise on Apache before space fills up, we’re here to help.

Our roommate matching services allow residents connect with their ideal roommates. If you are interested in roommate matching, our system will find compatible matches from which you can choose!

What kind of security is at Rise?

Rise is one of the most secure options for off campus housing near Arizona State University® available. Our on-site staff and emergency maintenance are always available to residents. We also have electronic access to our building and units.

How do I receive mail and packages?

Your unit will have its own mailbox located in the building. If you should receive a package that does not fit in your mailbox, you’ll receive a notice with instructions for package pickup from either our office or a parcel locker.

Is there parking?

Yes! Our estate has premium reserved and garage parking available as well as secure on-site bike parking. Parking spaces in our secure garage are leased on a first-come-first-serve basis, so we recommend you contact our leasing office as soon as possible to reserve your spot today!

Who can access the amenities?

Our superior amenities are available to residents and their guests only. For security purposes, electronic keycard access is required to access any of the amenities at Rise on Apache.

What if I have a maintenance request?

Maintenance requests can be filed on our user-friendly online Resident Portal. During office hours, residents are also more than welcome to call our leasing office or stop by to submit requests. For emergencies, we have 24-hour maintenance available.

How much does rent cost at Rise on Apache?

Rent prices will vary depending on the unit. For specific pricing, please reach out to our leasing office.
